Sports Massage and Remedial Massage

I now offer deep tissue massage, sports massage, remedial massage and rehab for new and existing clients at my private gym studio. Sports massage therapy treatment is ideal for pre and post sports events, easing tight aching muscles, maintenance massage between events and remedial massage to support injury recovery.

Rehab

Rehab which is a bespoke service with a mixture of mobilisation work, muscle balancing exercises and hands on massage therapy treatment when required to support your recovery and correct any muscle imbalances. Everyone can benefit from this type of work, especially office workers.
