At our private clean and safe gym in Stockport, we provide the best 1-2-1 Personal Training solutions, nutritional guidance and support for you to meet your fitness and weight loss goals. We will help you to achieve the results that you are looking for and so much more. Such as improved mental health, increased mobility, improved sleep, increased confidence, improved quality of life and overall feeling of excellent well being.
Our personal training packages range from the standard 1 hour sessions to reduced 30 minute sessions. We also offer online sessions for clients who cannot make it to the gym. Not everyone benefits from training hard for 1 hour. For some of us it’s something we need to work up to over time. This can help us to become more consistent and less overwhelmed with our fitness commitments. We factor in things such as lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep and many other hormonal metabolic factors to ensure we get you where you want to be. We understand that everyone is different and that one size doesn’t fit all. Not everyone’s goals are the same and not everyone's bodies are the same.
We offer outdoor group boot camp classes during the warmer months of the year. We then move them indoors during winter. These can be paid for on a monthly basis or you will get them free as part of booking a block of 10 sessions. Due to Covid we are unable to offer group classes at the moment until the restrictions are lifted and it’s safe to do so. If you book a block of 10 sessions before then, your free place at the boot camp classes will rollover to when we start classes again.
